I recently had the opportunity to stay at a hotel in Nagpur, and I must say it was a pleasant experience. the location was convenient, with easy access to transportation options. the room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. the bathroom was well-maintained and stocked with toiletries. the hotel staff provided excellent service, being polite and accommodating. the breakfast served was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. it was a great stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

I did experience some issues with the room service, which was a bit slow at times.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the location of the hotel, which was very close to the city center and had easy access to transportation. The staff were friendly, helpful, and the food was great. Best of all, the room atmosphere and cleanliness were impressive and exceeded my expectations. It was a delightful and memorable experience.

There were a couple of negative aspects that detracted from the overall experience. The hotel did not offer any transportation services, which would have been helpful to have.

the staff was very friendly and accommodating, making the whole experience much more enjoyable. the hotel's location was also very convenient, as it was close to several key attractions.

For one, our room was not as clean as we expected, and some of the linens were dirty.

Overall great experience, helpful staff, excellent food, polite room service, clean rooms, nice ambience. Reception staff, especially Pranav, was supportive.
